Pricing is based off the physical size of the property. $10 per 100 square foot for residential structures, the average Long Island home is 1600 sq ft, which comes out to $160 and includes all services listed above during the visit. The visit can take anywhere between 1 to 3 hours depending on your home and specific concerns.
