Stand and shoot timed bullseye course of fire on a singular bullseye target. Leagues consist of 3 matches, must make 2 out of 3 matches to count.

Closest matches are in NJ on weekdays and weekends. No matches in NY unfortunately.

USPSA - United States Practical Shooters Association

Consists of moving/running, reloading, various movements shooting onto steel and paper. Scoring is a combination of speed and accuracy.

Bullseye Shooting

Also known as bullseye pistol or conventional pistol is one handed bullseye shooting. Very similar to air pistol that is seen in the Olympics. A match is typically fired at a bullseye style target at 50 feet indoors or 100 feet outdoors using irons or an unmagnified optic with one hand.

Shooting at various distances and positions (standing, kneeling, prone) at a singular silhouette target. 

CMP - Civilian Marksmanship Program

The National matches occur at Camp Perry, Ohio. There are a lot of different matches that occur during this week from air gun, rifle and pistol. Placing well here would make you one of the best in the world. The pistol matches specifically are occuring from July 12-19th. With other events occurring all July and early August.

NRA - National Rifle Association

Occurring at Camp Atterbury, Indiana the NRA matches are similar to the CMP. Placing well here makes you one of the best in the world. The pistol events for 2025 are occurring from July 6-10 with other firearm events occurring all June and July.

The World Police and Fire Games will be in Birmingham, Alabama this year from June 27th to July 6th. They host all shorts of sporting events but the firearm related events are
